A homeowner in your service area who wants a service you provide, meets the agreed qualification criteria and has confirmed a time for you to quote the work.
Who pays the advertising spend?
You fund ad spend directly through your own advertising account. You keep ownership of the account, budget, leads and data.
When do I pay DirectBuild?
DirectBuild earns a 5% success fee only when a DirectBuild-sourced homeowner accepts your quote and pays the required deposit. If you do not win the job, there is no DirectBuild service fee.
